Description
This is a list of seed plants (gymnosperms and angiosperms) recored from the Singhalila Senchal corridor
Data Records
The data in this checklist resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 331 records.
This IPT archives the data and thus serves as the data repository. The data and resource metadata are available for download in the downloads section. The versions table lists other versions of the resource that have been made publicly available and allows tracking changes made to the resource over time.
Versions
The table below shows only published versions of the resource that are publicly accessible.

Geographic Coverage
The proposed corridor connecting Singhalila National Park and Senchal Wildlife Sanctuary is a 51.5 km long stretch of land starting from the Phalut Forest Block between Sikkim and West Bengal and passing through the compact forests of Wildlife Division I and Darjeeling Forest Division up to the Ghoom Bhanjang Forest Block of the Darjeeling Forest Division. It extends to the Dhooterial Block of Senchal Range of Wildlife Division I. The northern slopes are drained by the Ramam River, the Great Rangit River, and the Little Rangit River, all of which are tributaries of the Teesta River. The tract is intersected by numerous rapid hill torrents forming deep valleys with steep and often precipitous sides.
