- A plot of 2*2 Km was established in Kamini Daha representing grassland, dry-river bed, mised forest and sal forest. The plot also included man-made water-hole for wild life in Parsa Wild Life Reserve. Species like Butterfly, Birds, herptofauna and mammals were recorded in this plot using different method. Butterfly and Birds were recorded using transect count and point sampling. Herptofauna were identified using Pitfall traps and Large Mammals were recorded using camera trap whereas very small mammals were recorded using Sherman trap and mist net.
