At the watershed level, for CPA delineation, region growing technique was adopted. GeoEye-1 images captured on 2nd November, 2009 was used. The methodology for BA mapping at the watershed level as well as district level is convenient and easy to replicable. BA maps can be easily translated for biomass and carbon stock quantification.
